Notes: Client wanted kitchen faucet replaced. Downstairs toilet was also filling intermittently due to tank to bowl leak. In addition, 8” spread back-mount utility faucet hot side had come disconnected. Client approved replacement of faucet, full rebuild of toilet, and attempted repair of back-mount faucet. Kitchen faucet was too close to countertop to mount in the tradition way with handle to the right. Client was given option of different faucet, mounting at angle, or mounting with handle towards sink. Client opted for the latter. I reversed hot and cold supply to ensure hot was on the le

Upon arrival, I checked the Generac unit and it had an 1100 code on it. I was able to clear that code which was a failure to start code. But then it immediately showed a 2800 code. That code means low oil pressure. I was unable to clear that until I called Generac tech-support. With their help we got that cleared. I connected the manometer to the incoming and outgoing side of the gas valve. Incoming gas pressure was 12.5 water column inches. When the unit was running, it dropped down to 11 water column inches on the incoming side and a 10 1/2 on the outlet side. This is within specs for Generac. Unit operated properly. Manually started unit four times with no issues. Put panels back on unit after checking plugs to make sure there were no gas leaks. Unit is operating as it should and is scheduled to turn on and do its test cycle at 12:15 on Tuesdays.

Notes: I found everything in home was clogged and backing up into tubs excluding add on bathroom. After several passes, stoppage caused by bellies and collapsed pipe was cleared. I made a few more passes after stoppage was cleared due to a large amount of solids built up in line. Despite this, a significant amount of solids are still present due to bellies. Reoccurrence of stoppage highly likely. Replacement of line is recommended. At a minimum, jetting is recommended to clear solids built up in line. I also found a leak on sewer line in crawlspace. I also found multiple double cross fittings in crawlspace which will make jetting/snaking certain portions of line impossible/very difficult. Estimates to resolve all of these issues will be given.

Notes: After several passes with chain knockers, I was able to successfully clear stoppage. Camera inspection found several bellies in line as well as a reduction from 4” to 3” in direction of flow near clean out closest to house. Estimates will be given for replacement of sewer yard line. Due to significant portion of line constantly holding water, client was advised not to flush paper until line is replaced as this will increase chance of line stopping up again. I also cleared partially clogged lavatory drain in master bathroom. No further issues at this time.

Replace toilet in master bathroom due to age and condition of existing toilet and toilet giving customer issues.

New toilet will be a comfort height kohler supplied by Holloway plumbing.

This scope of work also includes pulling and resetting the toilet in the hallway guest bathroom due to this toilet leaking at the base. We will also be rebuilding this toilet as well as the toilet in the powder room half bath due to the age and condition of the existing internals of the toilets.

All three toilets will be getting new quarter turn angle stop shut off valves due to age of existing valves. Toilets will also all have new stainless steel supply lines.

For the master bathroom toilet as well as the hallway guest bathroom toilet, if the flanges are damaged once the toilets are removed then pricing will be provided for a flange repair at that time. Also includes replacing toilet flange for this toilet due to condition of existing toilet flange as well as rebuilding all internals on this toilet due to condition of existing internals.

Work performed will have a 2 year labor warranty. Cannot warranty customer supplied parts.
