To tunnel under slab underneath guest bathroom to remove roots from main sewer line and repair sewer line where it is broken and allowing roots to grow into the line. This includes excavation as well as the plumbing repair.

Also includes replacing a section of sewer yard line underneath the back patio due to this section of line having a large belly and always holding water and not draining properly. This can cause major stoppages in the future. This included removing most of the deck boards on the patio to be able to access the sewer line as well as hand excavation to expose the sewer line to be able to make a repair.

INSTALL CUSTOMER SUPPLIED UTILITY FAUCET WITH EMERGENCY SHUT OFF VALVE REBUILD KOHLER TOILET IN MAIN BATHROOM.

Attempted to run toilet auger in guest bathroom failed to clear the line. Then ran the camera in the outside cleanout realized there was a belly in the main line and roots growing inside the pipe under the guest bathroom. Options to fix the problem were given.

Cut in tee on inlet and outlet sides of filters. Install bypass valve

Cut out and replace broken 3/4 pvc water line. Install new PEX line under porch to new hose bib

Pull and re set the toilet in the men’s bathroom as well as the toilet in the women’s bathroom due to both toilets leaking at the base.

Also includes running the sewer machine to Attempt to clear the mainline stoppage that is backing up the entire building.

We were not able to clear the stoppage at this time and neither restroom is in service at this point in time. It appears that there is a problem with the septic system which is causing the whole building to back up and not drain properly. There were also multiple problems with the drain system leading up to the septic tank. The cast iron under the building that serves both bathrooms is in very old and in poor condition and is beginning to deteriorate and is recommended to have this piping replaced to prevent further issues in the future. The cast iron building drain as well as the existing sewer yard line also has multiple areas that have back fall and will cause the pipe to hold water in these areas even once the stoppage can b

Check property for issues with pumps/no water/leaks

Notes: Customer stated there was an issue in pump house and there was no water and they were concerned about pump burning up. We found no issues with pump house. We checked float for well pump and booster pump and found both pumps/floats are fully functional. After getting key code for house, we found guest house did not have water. We checked in crawl space and found main shut off valve for house was open. I disassembled valve to ensure valve had not failed but found there was no water to valve. We walked around property and found and tried several valves, but none of them turned water on to guest house. We did find many valves and hose bibbs also have no water and seem to have been abandoned at some point in the past. We dug and followed water line about 20’ from building but did not find point of disconnection yet. Client will be given estimates for repair/further investigation.

To repair drain line for master bathroom due to the main drain for this bathroom having a belly in it and holding water and creating stoppage issues in the past. It is also very probably that this line would have continued to cause stoppage issues in the future.

This includes pulling the toilet in the master bathroom and installing a new toilet flange and then stubbing new pipe from this flange into the crawl space and then tying in all branch line fixtures into this new main line.

We then ran this new line towards the kitchen where we then tied it back into the sewer yard line just before leaving the home. We also removed the improper fitting that was joint both building sewer lines into the sewer yard line so that if there ever is a stoppage issues an auger can be ran without having any issues.

All new drain lines are strapped underneath the home to prevent this line from sagging and creating back fall again.

Repair leak under home due to shark bite fitting failing underneath home.

This repair was made with pex pipe however due to most of the home having grey quest piping which has a high failure rate as well as mostly Shark bite fittings, options were provided to replace all the water lines underneath the home with a whole house re pipe.

Cannot warranty work due to quest piping and shark bite fittings.

replace toilet in master bathroom with an elongated kohler power flush toilet as well as the guest bathroom toilet with a round bowl Toto Drake siphon jet toilet supplied by Holloway plumbing per customer request.

also includes moving the existing round bowl toilet from the guest bathroom to the half bathroom at the front of the house.
