WATER HEATER NOT PRODUCING NO HOT WATER, ELECTRIC BREAKER FOR WATER HEATER WAS TRIPPED AT BREAKER BOX.
Repair water leak on two lines under the home with new PEX piping and fitting then turn on water to check for leaks Repipe water lines under the home for the kitchen and the bathroom. This includes tunneling under the home to be able to access the lines and the back fill of the tunnel and access hole. The material that will be used is PEX and the fittings for the pipe. After the pipe is installed it will be insulated and strapped. 2/6/26 New water yard service was installed with a PRV, tap for Backflow device, manifold for accessory lines, meter connection, and connection at the structure. Work was tested and monitored to check for faults, the customer checked interior fixtures herself due to not wanting anyone inside the home at this time.

REMOVAL OF INSULATION FOR INSTALLATION OF NEW DRAIN, HOLLOWAY NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY REPAIRS OR OBSTRUCTIONS SUCH AS (HOME INSULATION, UNFORESEEN OBSTRUCTIONS, HOME STRUCTURE ETC). -INSTALLATION OF NEW SINGLE BOWL KITCHEN SINK WITH NEW KITCHEN FAUCET. -NEW LAVATORY FAUCET. -TOILET REPLACEMENT INSTALLED A KOHLER CIMARRON
Service fee only. Estimates given for replacement of water. Diagnostics determined water heater tank is leaking. Both heating elements are functional. Thermostat failure caused water in tank to reach unsafe levels(+180°F) which caused water heater reset to trip. Water heater was taken out of service free of charge for safety and liability purposes. Power and water to water heater were disconnected. Due to tank leaks not being repairable, only replacement options were given.
Run sewer machine to clear stoppage. This is a new home and the sewer line appears to be in good shape. It appears that it was wipes or paper that was causing a soft stoppage but there are no other issues at this time.

Provide estimate to make repair on rain water system. Including replacing damaged booster pump as well as piping and valves supply pump and storage tanks.
Install Stiebel Eltron tempura 24 tankless water heater under manufacture warranty. New unit was working properly at this time.
