Replace blown fuse on both electric tankless water heaters in main house - 20 pack of fuses, spare fuses will be left with client

Notes: Replaced fuses on both water heaters. Repair was successful. No further issues at this time.

Perform diagnostics on tankless water heaters - one hour minimum, there will be additional charges if over one hour is needed to diagnose water heaters

Notes: Diagnostics found fuse blew in both electric tankless water heaters in main house. Laundry room heater is on two double pole 40a breakers as it should be. Closet heater is on one double pole 90a breaker and shares a breaker with light. I also found exposed wires in closet which read 5 volts when closet heater breaker is on, which seemed unusual. I put wire nuts on exposed wires. Both heaters only have one ground wire rather than two. Client had whole house surge protector installed, yet heaters still failed during storm. Advised client to have electrician reevaluate things. If there are no electrical issues, it may be a problem with this particular model water heater. New fuses are ordered and set to arrive Monday.
