Install nail plates on water and Dwv. Install customer supplied shower valve in front of home. Install customer supplied valve for dog wash Install customer supplied frost proof hose bibs Run water for toilet in mb. Run water to stub out for urinal. Insulate water lines and strap where needed. Make sure all water and drain are in walls. Pressure and test hot and cold water.

Cut loose vents in front of home and REPLUMB vents into two stub out going through roof. Cut into and REPLUMB vents in back of home and tie into two stub outs going through roof.

Add three trough hose bibs.

Inspect sewer yard line to determine what was causing previous stoppage. There was no stoppage upon arrival however a complementary camera inspection was performed and there were no issues found in the sewer yard line from the area that we could reach.

Our camera does not reach last 100ft and there were no clean outs on this line to be able to inspect the last approximate 60 feet of the sewer yard line. It is recommended to have clean outs installed so that the rest of the sewer yard line can be inspected and determine if there are any issues that may have caused the stoppage.

Options were provided to install clean outs.

We also found that the kitchen sink drain is leaking and is completely disconnected underneath the home and options were provided to repair this line.

Replaced 80 gallon water heater underneath the home with a 50 gallon tall electric water heater with all state code upgrades also installed customer supplied kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. We strapped a pipe under the porch to the porch so the hose bib would stay up above the porch as well.

Replace shower cartridge in the master bathroom shower

Install iron breaker in well house. Install new isolation valve for iron breaker. Install whole house self clean carbon filter. Install up light.

Replace leaking shut off valve in crawlspace and correct improper CPVC to PVC transition. Piping near this valve will be insulated as well

Install two separate tankless water heaters with isolation valves. Reroute hot and cold lines to new tankless heaters.

Install gas line from tank to home with 2lb regulator. Install gas valve at home. Install manifold in attic with gas valves and regulators for each fixture. Run new gas service for two separate tankless heaters, gas stove, dryer and fireplace. Stub out of wall with black pipe. Pressure test all new gas lines.

Remove old toilet and install new washlet toilet. Electric has to be installed by licensed electrician.

Install off set toilet flange

replace well control box due to relay inside control box tripping and not allowing the submersible well pump to fill the storage tank.

Customer stated that a well company came out and diagnosed the pump and stated that the pump was fine and had no issues at this time which leads us to take the best first step in replacing the well control box. If there are any other issues they will be addressed at that time.

Replace 2 customer supplied widespread lavatory faucets - includes replacement of emergency shut off valves serving faucet in office bathroom ***no warranty on customer supplied parts***

Repair leak in wall behind guest bathroom lavatory sink - leak on hot side will be repaired with new valves and stubout - the same will be done on the cold side to eliminate potential leak in future, galvanized connected to copper which causes electrolysis and most likely caused leak - we will secure pipes in wall as per state plumbing code ***Holloway is not responsible for repair of any access made***

Notes: Customer supplied faucets in office bathroom and guest bathroom were replaced due to age, dripping, and stuck handles. I found angle stops serving office bathroom lavatory faucet were seized so I also replaced them. I recommended repair of drains for both lavatory faucets to eliminate corrugated pipe but client declined at this time. Upon beginning work in guest bathroom, I noticed leak in wall

Well pump was not filling storage tank at this time and options were provided to begin resolving the issue.

INSPECTION WITH RENEWAL

Install 50 gallon electric water heater in the main house with code upgrades also installed new 64k softener in the main house. Replace the two dual angle stops under the kitchen sink in the main house. Installed new 40 gallon mid electric water heater in the guest house also installed 48k softener in the guest house. Replaced cold angle stops under under kitchen sink in the guest house.
