UPON ARRIVAL WE FOUND THE THE MOUNTING BRACKETS FOR THE UNIT HAD BEEN IMPROPERLY INSTALLED CAUSING THE UNIT TO LEAN WHEN WEIGHT WAS PUT ON THE FRONT. WE REMOVED AND REINSTALLED THE UNIT WITH THE BRACKETS IN THE PROPER POSITION AND NO FURTHER FAULTS WERE DETECTED, WE DID INFORMATION THE CLIENT DUE TO THE BRACKETS SUBPAR DESIGN WE COULD NOT GUARANTEE THAT THEY WOULD NOT COME LOOSE AS THE UNIT IS USED.
