To reroute main incoming water line going through the slab of the home into the main manifold inside the home per customer request due to customer running diagnostics and determining that this was the line leaking in the slab.

Also includes rerouting water line that was leaking in the slab at the main manifold and ran to the kitchen sink underneath the slab. This line was rerouted overhead through the attic. We then ran the line down the wall between the bedroom and the kitchen and then through the cabinet wall to resupply the manifold behind the kitchen sing and abandon the line that was leaking through the slab.

The new line was ran in pex piping and was insulated in the exterior wall and in the attic. Running the new line included gaining access in the exterior wall where the main incoming water line enters the building as well as the ceiling to be able to run line in the attic we also had to gain access in the wall of the bedroom to be able to run the line to the manifold behind

SET 3-CUSTOMER SUPPLIED LAVATORY FAUCETS AND DRAIN. TRIM KITS FOR 2-CUSTOMER SUPPLIED SHOWER VALVES AND TOILET IN MAIN BATHROOM.

Run sewer machine to attempt to clear guest bathroom drain as well as washing machine drain line.

We were not able to clear these lines at this time and options were provided for a long term solution.

Plumb in water lines and drain line for new washing machine closet as ell as dryer vent.

This will include tying onto water lines inside water heater closet for both the hot and cold water supplies and running these water lines exposed on the inside of the washing machine closet. We will then insulate these water lines and install a washing machine box with shut off valves where these water lines will tie in for the washing machine connection.

The drain line for the new washing machine will also be tied into this box and we will need to run the drain to the crawl space of the home where we will then tie it into an existing 2 inch drain. This drain will need an auto vent which will be inside the washing machine closet and will be accessible in case it ever fails. The drain stack will penetrate through the floor of the closet and go under the porch where we will then need to penetrate through the skirting of the home and run the drain line over to the existing 2 inch drain. RUN AC CONDENSATE LINES FOR AC UNITS WITH SUMP PUMPS DUE TO EXISTING DRAINS LINES FOR THESE UNITS NOT BEING OPERABLE ANYMORE.

SUMP PUMPS WILL BE SET IN ACCESS UNDERNEATH THE UNITS AND THEN THE EJECTION LINES WILL RUN INTO ATTIC AND BE RAN TO AN EXTERIOR WALL WHERE THEY WILL PENETRATE TO THE EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING.

REPAIR 3 INCH SEWER MAINLINE FOR NEWEST BATHROOM ON THE HOME. THIS LINE IS SOMEWHAT EXPOSED OUT IN THE BACK YARD AND YOU CAN SEE WHERE THE LINE HAS SEPARATED. THIS WILL INCLUDE EXCAVATION OF THE LONE AS WELL AS THE REPAIR.

ALSO INCLUDES EXCAVATING THE 4 INCH MAINLINE WHERE THERE WAS A SEPARATION FOUND WHEN RUNNING THE CAMERA THROUGH THE CLEANOUT. THIS WILL INCLUDE EXCAVATION AS WELL AS THE ACTUAL REPAIR OF THE PIPE. THIS REPAIR WILL INCLUDE TWO NEW DIRECTIONAL CLEANOUTS

THIS ESTIMATE ALSO INCLUDES RUNNING A SEWER MACHINE THROUGH BOTH DRAINS THAT SERVE THE AC UNIT CONDENSATES. IT IS RECOMMENDED TO FIRST HAVE THEM BOTH SNAKED BEFORE TAKING THE NEXT STEP. ESTIMATE WAS CREATED TO RUN NEW CONDENSATE LINES.

REPLACE EXISTING ANODE ROD WITH A POWERED ANODE ROD DUE TO EXISTING ROD CAUSING A SULFUR SMELL INSIDE THE HOME.

POWERED ANODE ROD WILL REQUIRE A 120v PLUG AND IF REGISTERED ON THE MANUFACTURE WEBSITE IT WILL HAVE A 20 YEAR MANUFACTURE WARRANTY.
