Remove the bypass system and install new bypass system due to a leak on the current system

4 backflow devices inspected and certified: one at the waste water plant, one behind reception building (business center), one in front of women's dorm & one in front of the men's dorm.

-AUGER TOILET DUE TO NOT DRAINING AND RESET DUE TO LEAKING FROM BASE OF TOILET. - ADJUST FILL VALVE IN GUEST BATHROOM. -AUGER MAINLINE FROM CLEAN OUT IN BACKYARD.

REPLACE KITCHEN FAUCET WITH WB ESSENCE SINGLE HANDLE KITCHEN FAUCET

Replace filter cartridge inside filter housing due to existing filter having a significant amount of sediment built up inside of it.

Also includes installing a powered anode Rod due to existing rod failing and causing the water inside of the water heater to be black from the deterioration of the existing anode Rod.

Anode rods are the best defense to protecting the tank from contaminants that could cause the tank to leak. Traditional anode rods typically wear out extremely fast on well systems.

Contrary to traditional anode rods, the powered anode Rod is not sacrificial. The powered anode Rod uses an electric frequency to deter contaminants from attacking the water heater tank and this rod will not have to be replaced for much longer than a traditional Rod. If registered on the manufacture website, this powered Rod will have a 20 year manufacture warranty from date of install and can be moved to a new water heater should the heater fail before the Rod does.

Pressure tank as well as well control box and pressure switch were functioning properly at this time and we could not get the system to re create the issue that it was having previously.

Advised customer to called us back if the issue persists.

Install RO system

Leak in inlet to ro. Changed out push fitting

Didn’t have the RO membrane filter on Saturday so came back on Thursday to install checked RO. It was OK checked drain. It was OK.

INSTALL CUSTOMER SUPPLIED SHOWER VALVE IN MASTER BATHROOM.

Replace 1/2 hr disposal Replace two dual stops under kitchen sink and one single stop Clearance kitchen drain Replace ro filters

**Return Thursday after 4 to install membrane

SETTING OF CUSTOMER SUPPLIED TUB AND INSTALL NEW WASTE AND OVER W/DRAIN FOR TUB. SET CUSTOMER SUPPLIED TUB/SHOWER VALVE.

Chip out concrete around cast iron drain. Cut out cast iron trap. Install new trap and stub up for shower drain. With drain assembly.

RO connections was leaking after installing new angle stop. Re made this connection and did not find any leaks at this time.

replace angle stops through out the home that are not working properly including supply lines. This includes hot side angles stop on master bathroom, both dual stops underneath the kitchen sink as well as single angle stop under kitchen sink, and hot side angle stop in guest bathroom.

Also includes a full rebuild of the toilet in the master bathroom.

Work performed will have a 1 year labor warranty.

Estimate to replace angle stops under master bathroom sink where supply line burst.

Cold side supply line burst from what appears to be from age although it is hard to put a definitive answer on it. Cold side angle stop for this supply line would not shut off all the way and hot side angle stop was seized.

Replaced both angle stops under this sink with new supply lines.

Work performed will have a 1 year labor warranty.

Installed weighed float system inside of tank. Installed plug in drain valve, cleaned threads with wire wheel.

Remove old iron breaker and install new 2 cube iron breaker.

Turned water on tried to turn off each building but three valves were rusted and wouldn’t shut off all the way. Need to replace two valves in the ground were they are located at present. Third valve is galvanized pipe and has repairs on it already and needs to be located in yard and valve installed. Water coming from well is supper yellow tank needs to be drained and cleaned. All building have bad stops and broken copper lines. Will discuss options when you get to that point.

**No shut off for closet building. Changed out angle stop to get water from running in house.

***REGENED WATER SOFTENER AND IRON BREAKER. SOFTENER IS FULL OF IRON. WHEN YOU START USING WATER AGAIN WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED. WE HAVE A VERY EFFICENT SYSTEM FOR HIGH IRON.

******CLEANED TANK TO 80-90%. REPAIRED LEAK IN YARD IN FLOWER BED OF MIDDLE MULTISTORY HOME. YARD LINE WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED THERE WHEN HOME IS REMODELED.

*********LINES MAY NEED TO BE BLOWN OUT BECAUSE OF IRON WHEN HOMES ARE WORKED ON.

-RECOMMEND REPAIR- REMOVE AND HAUL OFF OF OLD BOOSTER PUMP. (PUMP SERIAL NUMBER-98j115 MAKING IT BUILT IN 1998). INSTALL NEW 1.5 HP BOOSTER PUMP. INSTALL NEW CHECK VALVES IF NEEDED. INSTALL NEW UNION BETWEEN PRESSURE TANK AND BOOSTER PUMP. INSTALL NEW PRESSURE TANK. (BUILD DATE IS 01-04-2017).

*****NEED TO SCHEDULE TO COME BACK OUT WHEN ELECTRIC IS FINISH AND WATER IS READY TO BE TURNED BACK ON TO CHECK SYSTEM AND MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO OTHER BREAKS FROM FLOOD.*****************
