We just purchased a home in Kerrville and I fortunately chose Holloway Plumbing as our plumber….always go with the best. The entire business operates on a 10 plus scale….

On December 15, 2025, Holloway’s plumbing technician, Tobias, analyzed the issue we were having immediately (which was a broken in-ground pressure relief valve). Tobias quickly got to work on replacing the old valve with a new one – which corrected the loud pipe clanking noise and low pressure we had whenever the water was running. In addition to resolving that problem, he recommended updating our aged water softener that was not meeting the needed water softening reading which could have eventually resulted in having a system failure that could require extensive and expensive repairs to our homes pipe system. We choose Tobias’ recommendation and had him install a new water softener that day. The work was performed quickly and professionally. Tobias is an excellent plumber and a valuable Holloway employee. We are very satisfied customers.

For goodness sake, check around for prices to avoid a gawdawful mark-up. I called them in the morning during business hours but feel like I paid midnight emergency call-out prices. A few minutes at Home Depot today and it was obvious I could have saved over $1,000! That being what it is, Holloway Plumbing has a good reputation. Their team arrived quickly and were extremely professional and friendly. They performed a water heater installation efficiently, and left the work area clean.

Third time I’ve had Holloway Plumbing resolve a plumbing problem for me, and every time the experience was exceptional. Technicians are knowledgeable, competent, polite and helpful. This visit included the replacement of a leaking faucet and a pressure regulator, rebuilding of a piping loop for my water conditioner and an adjustment to the temperature control for my tankless water heater. An installer from another plumbing company, chosen by my home warranty provider to install the water heater, claimed that the heater control circuit needed an additional component to allow the ability I wanted. Not so, and the adjustment was easily done. Each job was completed professionally and efficiently. If given the choice, I will always call on Holloway Plumbing as my first choice. They’re not cheap, but the workmanship is top quality, and warrantied.

I called Holloway Plumbing for a water Softener installation and was impressed with how friendly and professional the plumbers were. They arrived on time, explained the process clearly, quoted me options, and completed the job quickly and neatly the same day. i will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.

Needed to have a tankless water heater serviced. Sent Tobias and Aiden to do it. Showed up on time and wore booties in house at all times. I asked to watch and learn to do it myself in future. They were extremely helpful, patient, and polite explaining all. Afterward they took the time to answer other questions I had about a future plumbing install to an outbuilding and they gave me an estimate. I will use them again and recommend them.

We have been using Holloway Plumbing since we purchased our home in 2019. In fact, they did the plumbing part of our home inspection. Upon moving in, Holloway Plumbing did several plumbing projects that fixed years of neglect by the previous owner. Today, we called Holloway Plumbing out again to fix some additional issues that we chose not to do initially. Tobias, from Holloway Plumbing, arrived on time. I showed him what work I wanted done and he showed to be very knowledgeable and experienced, not to mention personable. Tobias and Aaron came out to determine what was causing a leak in our garbage disposal. I decided to have them replace it and they did so quickly and professionally. We are very pleased with the level of service we received and would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. Also, when I called their office to schedule the appointment, we were given great attention and response same day. Furthermore, communication was excellent we were notified by email & text of our appointment and status of ETA.

Wow what a great experience — came out same day, knew exactly what to do for a difficult kitchen fixture installation that my husband and I almost got divorced over during the weekend :)) and installed new filter on our water softener system (new house on well water for which we had no clue!) and explained everything to my husband for future reference! Professional and friendly — so happy I called and will keep their number in contacts.

Today, Edgar was here to replace a long section of underground pipe – big job with its appropriate price tag! The quality of the work and their professional, respectful demeanor made this large but necessary expenditure easier to take. They did a great job! Looks good back there. Absolutely fantastic job! Tobias and Andre are true professionals. We started the day with a huge external water leak. They dug until they found it…and that wasn’t easy. The leak was under a sidewalk. In addition to fixing the leak…(after 6 hours of excavation) they added a new PRV, two new bib faucets and an expansion tank on a water heater at our request. Tobias explained everything along the way. Both men worked non stop for 10 hours! Thank you so much!

Outstanding service! Scheduled to install an ROS; while waiting for our scheduled visit, we discovered a leak under the kitchen sink. When Anthony came on 3/4/2026 at noon ( as promised) I informed him of the leak and asked if he had time to look at that as well as do the scheduled install. He replied no problem. To fix the leak he had to turn off the water, when he went to turn off the water the ball valve broke in his hand. So he had to dig and install a new valve on top of the other work. He was here until after 6:00pm and had a smile on his face the whole time. He was very profession and pleasant during the entire operation.

I called Holloway today seeking some information about the proper way to shut off my water as I am taking a vacation February 1st and the temperature in Kerrville Texas might be below freezing 🥶. Holloway said that a technician can be dispatched today with a small service fee. Technician Tony arrived and told me exactly what to do. I asked him to show me. He did just that and he let me do the task as well. That’s what I wanted him to do. I am so happy because my wife and I will be gone about 5 days. I have been very happy with Holloway Plumbing and would recommend 👌 them to anyone needing sound advice.

This is my second review, so that years later I can report that the praise I had for this company is still applicable. We did have a new plumber, Tobias, from this company and I am equally impressed with his professionalism. We extended our annual contract to inspect and make minor repairs every year, including flushing the hot water heater. It is a reasonable price. We will always ask for Tobias because James our former plumber is no longer with the company but Tobias said James gave him much of his training. We are already liking this Tobias and feel comfortable with him in our home. We had an urgent need first thing this morning with a leaking toilet and the company sent Tobias to our rescue right away. We feel so lucky.
